Sinmatex relies on its vertical integration, ensuring the entire production process
Our company ensures the entire production process from yarn to finished product including sewing and packing.
Our conception unit is composed by a team of stylists and modelists using computerised model system (LECTRA system) creating our own collections. Our development unit is composed by a team of researchers constantly looking for innovation in terms of new fabrics and production techniques.
Our knitting department has a production capacity of 100 tons per month and is composed by : circular knitting machines from gauge 14 to gauge 28 as well as Flat knitting machines of gauge 12.
Our dyeing department has a production capacity of 210 tons per month with : high and low temperature dyeing machines, all over printing machines with up to 12 colours, tenter frames for thermo fixation and finishing with 4 and 6 chambers.
Our sewing department has a production capacity of 300 000 garments per month and is composed by : cutting tables with automatic carriage, embroidery machine of 15 heads, printing machines for 4 and 8 colours, printing table for multi colours and sewing machines.
